Russell Armstrong will be a guest chef presenter at the fourteenth Hilton Brisbane Masterclass Weekend to be held at Hilton Brisbane on the 24 – 26 July 2010.
The Masterclass Weekend began in 1995 and has grown into Queensland’s premier food and wine event and is recognised both nationally and internationally as one of Australia’s foremost culinary gatherings.
The weekend is filled with cooking demonstrations, food seminars, wine tastings and some healthy debating. Many of Australia’s and the world’s most respected and inspirational food and wine professionals are brought together to present sessions on their diverse areas of expertise. The weekend comprises sessions of either 1 or 1 ½ hour duration.
